Join over 1,500 educational leaders at the premier gathering of school administrators in Iowa. This is your opportunity to showcase your products and services to the leaders of Iowa’s 364 school districts.
How to Sign Up
Complete the Exhibit Booth Application and enclose payment for your booth space. Payment must be received before your booth will be reserved. You have an additional opportunity to have your company’s name in front of members with a black and white conference booklet ad. Available ad sizes are 3 1/4” wide x 2” high for $250, 3 1/4" wide x 4" high for $400, and 3 1/4" wide x 6" high for $600. Submission details will be provided when the order is received.
Booth Price
There are 168 10’ x 10’ exhibit booths available. A single booth is $525 which includes side and back draping, sign and listing in conference booklet. Receive a 5 percent discount for two booths, 10 percent for three or more booths. Complete information regarding additional booth furnishings, utilities, shipping and freight handling will be mailed the last week in June by Freeman, the convention decorator. Assignment of Space
The exhibit floor is arranged to ensure maximum traffic flow to all exhibits. You may indicate four choices of booth locations on the contract. While every effort will be made to assign preferred space, it may not be possible.
Booth assignments are made with these considerations:
- whether the company is an SAI Corporate Partner (Contact SAI for details on becoming a Corporate Partner or go to the online information);
- date contract and payment are received; and
- number of booths needed and availability.
Conference Schedule
In the interest of the success of the entire conference, exhibitors are requested not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage absence of members or exhibitors from the conference or exhibit hall during scheduled conference events.
Dates to Remember
- March 17, 2008 - Exhibit booth assignment process begins.
- May 1, 2008 - Deadline for returning your exhibit application and payment for booth space.
- June 20, 2008 - Deadline for exhibit booth refunds.
- August 5, 2008 - Exhibit set-up from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- August 6, 2008 - Exhibits open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
