This year SAI is offering three options to help improve your overall health and well-being.
You may sign up for:
- Weekly Health eTips - receive a weekly email for 16 weeks with two-minute informational videos to promote positive self-care;
- a 30-Day Challenge - Each participant is responsible for tracking progress for 30 days in the areas of sleep, nutrition, physical activity, hydration and social/emotional health with the user-friendly Vimify app; or
- the 16-Week Challenge - This program consists of an individual and team challenge. Feedback will be provided every week by CatchLife Director Rick Schupbach for each participant and each team.
