Fall District Meetings offer time to connect and learn

Join your colleagues this fall to

  • receive information from SAI officers and staff,
  • provide feedback that will assist SAI in serving and representing you, and
  • network and learn.

Attend the district meeting that works for you. Stay for all or part of the meeting... whatever your schedule allows. (In order to be eligible for license renewal credit, you will need to be present for the entire meeting) These events are an SAI member benefit and there is no cost for current members to attend; however, registration is required.

Learning Focus: Fostering Professional Community (PSEL standard 5)

We know from research that school leaders are second only to the teacher in impacting student achievement. One way in which leaders influence student success is through cultivating an inclusive, caring, and supportive school community that promotes the academic success and well-being of each student. Engage in learning that explores

  • research and practices related to social-emotional learning;
  • leadership strategies to foster a community of care and support for students.

Renewal credit

To honor the regional concept of the district meeting, you will be able to bundle four district meetings for a renewal credit. One fall meeting and one spring meeting each year are eligible for this bundle, and you do not need to attend four consecutive meetings. Learn more about renewal credit opportunities.
