Iowa Students Receive SAI Scholarships

School Administrators of Iowa will award three $1,000 scholarships to graduates of the class of 2016.

  • Ethan Hewett of Red Oak High School was selected by the Iowa Bandmasters Association.
     
  • Shaylyn Trenkamp of Maquoketa Valley High School was selected by the Iowa High School Speech Association.
     
  • Lauren Wickham of Spirit Lake High School was selected by the Iowa Choral Directors Association.

All performed either during the association's August 2 Pre-Conference or Annual Conference, August 3-4.

“We are pleased to recognize Iowa students for their extracurricular achievements,” said Roark Horn, SAI executive director.
