Leading in the Right Direction

SAI leadership in January approved the association’s Strategic Framework, a project recommended by the Representative Council at its September meeting. 
   Working on a monthly basis with the Executive Committee, staff crafted a one-page document (reduced from the previous 10+ pages) that outlines and defines the work of our organization. 
   Having the direction this document provides will be a great help to making sure the right work gets done, while at the same time making sure we do not wander into work that is outside SAI’s mission. 
   This framework is fluid and will be revisited on a continual basis to make sure that we are honoring the evolution of our profession and organization.
