2025-26 SAI Mentor Credit

This credit option is available to mentors who have spent at least 15 total hours engaged in any and/or all the activities expected of a mentor as articulated here and included in the bulleted list below.

By registering for this credit, you are confirming you have spent at least 15 total hours participating in any of the following: 

• Mentor orientation and induction webinar. 
• Statewide meetings with your mentee.
• Weekly contact with your mentee (or whatever schedule upon which you both agreed). 
• Monthly face-to-face visits with your mentee.  
• Reading and reviewing monthly editions of Mentoring Matters. 
• Completing the monthly data collection tool. 
• Visiting your mentee’s school.  
• Hosting your mentee at your school.  
• Providing feedback after statewide meetings and upon the program's completion to help with program evaluation.
