In this three-part series, district and school administrators will cover digital accessibility fundamentals and walk away with practical strategies to audit and remediate non-compliant content.
These one-hour sessions are designed to help leaders navigate federal ADA mandates and build a customized timeline to meet upcoming compliance deadlines.

Session 1: District Strategy & Website Governance
Digital accessibility compliance is more than fixing a website. This session will help districts understand what ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements mean for their schools and how to build a practical, districtwide approach. Explore key responsibilities, common accessibility challenges, vendor considerations, staff practices, and the steps districts should be taking now to prepare for compliance.
Session 2: Digital Documents & Communications
Discover how to establish and enforce accessibility standards for daily web posts, PDF public records, school newsletters, slide decks, and social media without adding administrative burden.
Session 3: Live Events, Media & Public Engagement
Learn compliance requirements for live-streaming board meetings and athletic events, as well as recorded videos, closed captioning, and selecting accessible streaming platforms.
