We are excited to offer a free one-hour, interactive virtual session offered to our members from SAI's Platinum Corporate Partner Capturing Kids’ Hearts® (CKH).

New York Times best-selling co-author Dr. Chris White has spent thousands of hours coaching, teaching, researching (and practicing) the topic of conflict. During this session, attendees will learn a series of proven tools that are effective, relational, and easy to implement. What’s the number one thing that’s inflated that causes conflict (hint: it’s not ego). What’s one thing people don’t see clearly during conflict? What’s one place we should always look when in the middle of conflict? Come ready to get answers to these questions—and to laugh out loud—in an interactive and dynamic session.

About the Presenter

Dr. Chris WhiteDr. Chris White is a New York Times best-selling co-author and consultant, serving as the Chief Science Officer for Capturing Kids Hearts. His work experience includes over 20 years as a global speaker, thought leader, and devout student of humanity. Holding a Ph.D. in statistics and having performed 10,000 coaching sessions, he brings science and art together for one goal: solving people puzzles.

Dr. White has been honored to work with thousands of educators across all levels, from paraprofessionals to national secretaries of education. He has also helped elite teams and athletes in every major sport (including the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees), as well as Fortune 500 executives and military generals. He also played a lead role in the development of the Flippen Profile, a renowned psychometric assessment that allows individuals and organizations to identify and address constraints that hinder performance.

And don’t let the doctor thing fool you—Chris has an above-average sense of humor for a statistician, is a published poet, an inventor, brain surgery survivor, former nationally ranked badminton player, and in his free time he savors adventures with his family and sitting with their dogs under the shade of an old post oak tree.
