Event Details
The best ideas often come from those doing the work alongside you. Join Iowa’s middle school principals for an interactive workshop built around connection, conversation, and the exchange of ideas. Engage in timely leadership learning, gain practical insights from SAI’s staff attorney, and—most importantly—share questions, challenges, strategies, and successes with colleagues who understand the work. Leave with new perspectives, fresh ideas, and a stronger professional network to draw on long after the day ends.
Purpose/Outcomes
- Grow participants’ professional network;
- Engage in study of relevant and timely content;
- Challenge each other’s thinking;
- Discuss and address individual participant’s questions, situations, and ideas; and
- Celebrate each other’s successes.

Registration fee: $25 (covers meal expenses), $125 for non-members. All participants are required to register.
Cancellation/refund policy: Registrants are responsible for full payment unless cancellation is received at least three business days in advance of the event. Email SAI or call 515-267-1115 to let us know if you're unable to attend.
