Separate from the Mentoring Program, this one-day event is available to administrators beginning the first year in their position, whether brand new or transitioning to a different role.

Intended Outcomes: Through participation in this institute, you will…

  1. Cultivate a professional learning network;

  2. Connect with Area Education Agency Resources;

  3. Set the stage for effective teacher evaluation;

  4. Gain insight and tips from colleagues who recently finished their first year;

  5. Confirm alignment to and satisfaction of BoEE requirements and ethics;

  6. Identify practices to support a proactive approach to behavior;

  7. Set the foundation to pursue a quality leadership-life fit;

  8. Review important beginning of the year legal considerations; and

  9. Connect with SAI resources and support.

Registration Fee
$125. All participants are required to register.  If you're not an SAI member, please create a Non-Member account to register.
