Separate from the Mentoring Program, this one-day event is available to administrators beginning their first year in the superintendency.

Set the stage for a successful relationship with the Board;

Prepare for an effective superintendent evaluation process;

Tap into the insight and expertise of superintendents who have completed their first or second year in the role;

Reflect on strategies for an effective leadership-life fit; and

Revisit typical beginning of the year legal issues.
