The Reality
Being an Assistant/Associate Superintendent, Director, or Assistant Director is one of the most complex roles in education. You are responsible for aligning Cabinet goals with School-site execution, navigating the unique pressure of supporting both superintendents and principals simultaneously.
The Opportunity
Stop troubleshooting in isolation. Join a dedicated cohort of your true peers—leaders with similar titles and identical challenges—to close your week with clarity.
Who Should Attend?
To ensure high-level, relevant conversation, this series is reserved for District Assistant/Associate Superintendent’s, Directors and Assistant Directors overseeing departments or district-wide initiatives.
Departments might include:
- Curriculum & Instruction/Teaching & Learning/Academic Services
Special Education & Student Services
Technology & Assessment
Human Resources
Multilingual/EL Programs
