The Reality

Being an elementary principal is a complex role. Each day you balance instructional leadership, staff development, student needs, family relationships, and district expectations—all while ensuring your school runs smoothly and students thrive.

The Opportunity

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Join a dedicated cohort of fellow elementary principals to close your week with clarity, perspective, and practical ideas you can use right away.

We will meet virtually five Fridays from 1:15-2:30 p.m.:  Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 6, Nov. 20, and Dec. 4.
Who Should Attend?

To ensure meaningful and relevant conversation, this series is designed specifically for elementary principals.

What We Will Do

This isn't a "sit and get" webinar. It is a strategic reset for your week.

  • Unpack real-time leadership challenges in a confidential space.
  • Exchange practical strategies and tools with fellow elementary principals.
  • Reflect on instructional leadership, culture, and systems that support young learners.

Take time for your leadership. Invest in your growth. Join SAI’s Elementary Principals’ Strategy Lab.

To promote discussion and build community, group sizes are limited to 12, so register soon!  Select Invoice option to pay after July 1, 2026.
