Event Details
Leading a school is complex work—and you don’t have to do it alone. This Masterminds experience is designed specifically for early career elementary principals who are ready to grow in a supportive, principal-powered community.
Together, you’ll:
-
Tackle real challenges with peers who understand the day-to-day demands of the role
-
Sharpen your leadership skills through honest conversation, reflection, and shared tools
-
Strengthen your confidence by exploring what’s working and problem-solving what’s not
-
Grow your professional circle with colleagues who will challenge, support, and celebrate you
Join a community of elementary principals and assistant principals committed to their own growth and development. Through the SAI Masterminds experience, you will engage with similar experienced colleagues to enhance your leadership skills; share best practices; strengthen your professional network; increase your self-efficacy; and celebrate each other's successes.
You bring your questions, experiences, and goals—we’ll shape the learning around what matters most to you. Session topics will be determined by participant interest, ensuring relevant, timely, and immediately applicable conversations.
Take time for your leadership. Invest in your growth. Join the Masterminds.
To promote discussion and build community, group sizes are limited to 12, so register soon!
